Becca Larson has been handcrafting chocolate truffles for her family for nearly a decade. In 2017, she decided to start taking her hobby more seriously. In 2018 Larson relocated to extreme Northern California, to live in the shadow of Mt. Shasta. Pyroclastic Chocolate is inspired by the inescapable power and beauty of the surrounding volcanic landscape. After countless hours of studying techniques, researching ingredients and testing recipes, she launched her first seasonal flavor collection in the Spring of 2019.
